Using Display/Keypad
1. Press the ADJ button to open the ADJUSTMENT MENU.
2. Select Adjust analog outputs, press the right arrow key.
3. Select the output to be adjusted Adjust analog output 1, press the
START button.
4. Measure the first analog output value with a multimeter. Give the
measured value by using the arrow buttons. Press the OK button.
5. Measure the second analog output value with a multimeter. Give
the measured value by using the arrow buttons. Press the OK
button.
6. Press the OK button to return to the adjustment menu.
7. Press the EXIT button to close the adjustment mode and to return
to the basic display.
Using Serial Line
The ACAL command adjusts the analog output (if an AOUT-1 module
is present). The module parameter denotes which AOUT-1 module is
adjusted. Connect a multi-meter to the analog output and input
measured voltage/current values.
First, press the ADJ button inside the motherboard to enable
adjustments.
Example:
>acal 1
1st value ? 0.11
2nd value ? 0.92
>
NOTE
Normally, analog output module does not need to be adjusted once it
has left from the factory. However, if accuracy of the unit is suspected,
it is advisable to return the unit to Vaisala for re-adjustment/
calibration.
